The 住宿生活助理院长 is a ten-month administrative position reporting to the Dean of Residence Life.   • Responsible for overseeing student dismissal at the end of each academic day
  • Responsible for monitoring attendance of afternoon activities, night classes & 晚间活动
  • Being a presence at dinner and supporting the evening residential team
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with 父母, 学生, 政府, 老师, 以及所有其他工作人员
  • Create and lead whole group activities for boarders focused on social eng年龄ment and character building
  • Being the administrator on call Monday through Thursday evenings (until 10 PM)
  • Coordinate with 宿舍的父母 regarding student or facility issues that need attention
  • Complete Weekend Duty (three or four weekends, depending on housing)
